Our report is a 10-15 page economic analysis, clearly showing the lost wages, benefits and other damages in your specific case. If there are lost employee stock options, we provide valuation consulting. We may employ direct market input from publicly traded LEAPS (Long-term Equity Anticipation Securities), econometric models and theoretical models, such as the BLACK-SCHOLES option pricing model, adjusted as appropriate. If appropriate, we may provide an opinion of value.
The report is $750 for most cases. We will contact you if your case exceeds this fee. Additional services including expert testimony are at $200/hr plus expenses.
